Capital Generation acquired transportation company Bon Tour Ltd for NIS 300 million

Yigal Arnon represented the publicly traded infrastructure fund, Generation Capital, in its acquisition of 51% of the transportation company Bon Tour Ltd. for approximately NIS 330 million. Upon its completion, Bon Tour shall be wholly owned by Generation Capital.
Bon Tour provides advanced transportation services to companies, factories, schools and tourism and is one of the largest companies in the transportation sector. The transaction required expertise in both the fields of infrastructure and mergers and acquisitions.
