Cato Networks has raised USD 200 million, at a valuation of USD 2.5 billion.
Founded in 2015, Cato Networks has developed a cloud-based network that enables secure, rapid, and affordable enterprise communications. It is active in the field of SASE, which is one of the most rapidly developing sectors of the IT industry.
The company is also the latest ‘baby’ of Shlomo Kramer, one of Israel’s most successful cybersecurity entrepreneurs, having co-founded the likes of Check Point and Imperva and invested in companies such as Trusteer, WatchDox and LightCyber.
Yigal Arnon advised global VC firm, Lightspeed Venture Partners as lead investor, with the team comprising Yarom Romem, Yulia Lazbin and
Elan Loshinsky.
Alongside Lightspeed Venture Partners, Greylock, Acrew Capital, Coatue, Singtel Innov8, and Kramer himself also participated.
