Cellebrite to list on NASDAQ at USD2.4 Billion valuation through SPAC

Cellebrite is to list on NASDAQ at USD2.4 Billion valuation through a SPAC merger with TWC Tech Holdings II Corp. (Nasdaq: TWCT), in the latest SPAC transaction in the Israeli market.
The Israeli company provides digital intelligence solutions to law enforcement agencies and governments.
Since December mergers by Israeli tech companies with SPACs have amounted to companies with valuations of more than USD 40 Billion, most of which have yet to be completed.
Founded in 2001, Cellebrite bought by Japan’s Sun Corp. in 2007 for just USD 17 million.
White & Case and Meitar Law Offices are serving as legal advisors to Cellebrite, while Herzog Fox Neeman will support TWC Tech Holdings II Corp.
