In yet another transaction in the fintech space, GK8 Ltd. has been bought by crypto lending platform Celsius Network Ltd. for an amount believed to be USD 115 million.

Yigal Arnon has represented Israeli crypto custody technology firm, GK8 since its incorporation all the way through the successful exit.
