Check Point Software Technologies has agreed to acquire three Israeli cybersecurity startups — Cyclops, Cyata, and the core team of Rotate — in a series of strategic acquisitions collectively valued at over USD 150 million. The transactions were announced alongside Check Point’s 2025 full-year results, which showed revenue growth and strong net-income performance, as the company accelerates expansion into AI-driven security and identity-management solutions.

Cyclops, founded in 2022, developed an AI-powered platform for unified attack surface management, which Check Point plans to integrate into its exposure management offerings. Cyata, established in 2024 by Unit 8200 alumni, provides continuous agent-identity visibility and control, aimed at enhancing identity governance in AI agent environments. The Rotate team brings managed service provider (MSP)-focused platform expertise, further broadening Check Point’s service portfolio.

The acquisitions reinforce Check Point’s strategic focus on extending its cybersecurity footprint in areas of automated risk reduction, agent-centric identity controls and managed security services, reflecting broader trends in corporate cybersecurity investment and consolidation.
