Checkpoint to acquire Perimeter 81 for USD490 million
Nasdaq-listed Check Point Software Technologies Ltd, on entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Perimeter 81, an innovative leader in Security Service Edge (SSE) solutions, for USD490 million.
With this acquisition, Check Point will help organizations accelerate the adoption of secure access across remote users, sites, cloud, datacentres, and the internet, all while aiming to deliver the most secure and fastest SSE solution in the market.
Naschitz Brandes Amir advised Check Point on the deal, which was led by partners Anat Igner and Tuvia Geffen, and associates Noam Shualy, Salomé Spitz Mouchnino, Orel Yacobi, Amit Itach, Lihi Aga Baba and Shai Cohen.
Perimeter 81 was represented by Gornitky’s Chaim Friedland, Shlomo Landress, Yoni Raff, Dan FisherOhad Gurfinkel, Dr. Assaf Prussak, Nir Moses, Gabriela Zashin, Lee Alter Kizis and Assaf Harel.
