Chemical distributor IMCD N.V buys Israel’s KOI Products Solutions and Engineering

Netherlands-headquartered IMCD N.V, a leading distributor of speciality chemicals and ingredients, has reached an agreement to buy KOI Products Solutions and Engineering, an Israeli company which serves the composite, paint, cosmetics, coatings, and ink market.
This is the third transaction of IMCD Group in Israel, and the company is represented by Herzog, notably partners Nathan Wiesenberg and Amir Cooper together with associate David Azimov and also comprising Orly Katzir, Keren Weiss, Mor Yagoda, Maram Khoury and Chen Ben David.
