Cisco Systems buys Oort

Worldwide leader in technology, Cisco Systems has agreed to buy start-up Boston-based Oort, a company focused on identity threat detection and response (ITDR) technology, in a deal expected to close next year. The company has already bought a string of Israeli companies.
Goldfarb Gross Seligman represented Cisco in the Israeli aspects of the transaction and worked together with Fenwick & West.
