Cloud sector sees Delinea acquires Israeli start-up Authomize

Delinea, a leading provider of privileged access management, has completed the acquisition of the Israeli start-up Authomize Ltd.
Authomize has developed a cloud identity and access security platform that detects and eliminates identity-based threats throughout the cloud.
Herzog advised the buyer in the transaction, led by Michal Herzfeld, and including Yahya Qaq; Dr. Yuval Navot, Ronen Avner, Efrat Kesler Kadmon, and Niran Ferman Gini (tax); Liat Shaked-Katz and Roni Zis, Adar Bengom (Ortal), Stav Cohen, Olga Pery, Tomer Asulin and Anna Landau.
