Court backs challenge to crude oil expansion in Ashkelon

Lipa Meir & Co.’s Environment and Climate Department successfully represented the Association of Cities for the Environment of the Ashkelon District in an administrative petition challenging the permit expansion for crude oil storage and transportation at EAPC fuel farms in Ashkelon.
In collaboration with six environmental organizations, the court approved their involvement as “friends of the court,” reinforcing efforts to protect Ashkelon residents’ health and preserve the environment.
