CrowdStrike acquires Adaptive Shield for USD300m

Cybersecurity giant CrowdStrike is acquiring Israeli cyber startup Adaptive Shield, from Vertex Ventures Israel, for approximately USD300m, according to various sources.
This acquisition marks CrowdStrike’s fifth in Israel and its second this year.
Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co., led by Roy Caner with Kobi Barkan, represented Vertex on the impressive sale of their portfolio company Adaptive Shield to CrowdStrike.
Arnon, Tadmor-Levy, led by Kobi Ben-Chitrit and Yulia Lazbin represented Adaptive Shield.
Freshfields represented CrowdStrike.
