CrowdStrike has acquired Reposify

Cyber ​​security technology company CrowdStrike has purchased its second cybersecurity startup in less than a year as the Austin, Texas-based company continues to build out its security offerings.

It acquired Reposify, an external attack surface management (EASM) company, founded in 2017, that will help customers identify and eliminate risk from vulnerable and unknown assets before an attacker can exploit them.

Last December, Reposify announced it had raised USD 8.5 million in seed money and employed 20 people going into 2022.

Meitar represented CrowdStrike in the acquisition, led by Miri Shalit,
Yael NardiShir Stott, Hadar Ohion and Shani Arad. The transaction is expected to close in CrowdStrike’s third quarter, which ends October 31.
