Cyber unicorn Cyera acquires Trail Security in USD162m deal

Israeli cybersecurity unicorn Cyera is set to acquire fellow Israeli startup Trail Security for USD 162 million. Industry estimates suggest that the majority of the transaction will involve Cyera’s shares.
Cyera, a private company, reached a valuation of USD 1.4 billion in its latest funding round in April 2024. Trail Security, founded in 2023, remains in stealth mode as a relatively young startup.
