Cyera raises USD400m at USD9B valuation
Israeli-founded AI and data security company Cyera closed a USD 400 million Series F funding round that valued the business at USD 9 billion, raising its total capital raised to more than USD 1.7 billion.
The round, led by funds managed by Blackstone alongside existing investors including Accel, Coatue, Lightspeed, and Sequoia Capital, underpins Cyera’s expansion of its unified data security platform for cloud, AI, and enterprise environments amid surging market demand.
Meitar advised Cyera, with the team led by Shira Azran, Alon Shafrir, Romi Levin, and Tom Maor.
Weil advised Blackstone in the funding round.
