Doti AI secures USD7m Seed round

Doti AI, an Israeli startup co-founded by Matan Cohen and Opher Hofshi, has raised USD7 million in a seed funding round led by F2 Venture Capital, with participation from angel investors Jared Kasner and Guy Flechter.

EBN & Co. represented F2 Venture Capital in this transaction. The legal team included Roy Caner, Yael Benyayer, and Amit Horovitz.

This investment aims to enhance Doti AI’s capabilities in providing secure, real-time data access solutions for enterprises.
