Dublin-based iCabbi snaps up Israel’s Moovex in landmark AI merger

Israeli company Moovex has been acquired by iCabbi, underlining the firm’s commitment to innovation in AI fleet technology. The acquisition followed an 18 month-long partnership in which the iCabbi and Moovex dev teams worked closely together to integrate the two mobility platforms and drive significant advancements in dispatch innovation.
iCabbi launched a brand-new AI product, Move AI, harnessing the power of machine learning and AI to deliver advanced route optimization and real-time re-optimization capabilities to fleet managers.
Now iCabbi has bought Moovex, which is at the forefront of autonomous dispatch and route optimization technology for fleets of any type in any business scenario.
Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. advised Moovex in the transaction, which was led by Roy Caner with Jonathan Achiron and associates Oded Natan and Assaf Meltz, with the support of Eran Lampert and Tal Alon (tax) and Hadas Erenberg (employment).
