EBN Shortlisted for its Roles in Two Significant Project Finance – by IFLR

EBN is proud to have been nominated twice in the shortlist for the 18th Annual IFLR European Awards – for its roles in two significant Project Finance deals in Israel. The first is the development of the Ashalim (Plot B) solar thermal power station, the largest renewable energy project in Israel. The second is the financing of two cogeneration power plants at Alon Tabor and Ramat Gavriel arranged by a leading offshore and Israeli banks. Both deals were led by Jonathan Finklestone, head of our firm’s Project Finance department, ranked top tier in the leading domestic and international legal directories.
