Econergy Renewable Energy Ltd. has completed its first successful Convertible Bond issuance.

The Company won the capital market trust and raised NIS 242 million by issuing a series of Convertible Bonds to the public.

Econergy Renewable Energy Ltd. was represented by Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. With Hamburger Evron, led by Moty Yamin, Hagar Guri, Meni Kogan and Ofir Saada.
