Electra acquires control of Target Market Group at NIS 160 million company valuation

Target Market Group had sold control of the company to Electra for
160NIS million. Target Market develops management systems that integrate logistics, computer systems, personnel, procurement and more for its clients.
Electra initially acquires 51% of the shares of the company, which was established about 30 years ago and operates in a variety of areas in the public and private sectors.
Meitar represented Target Media Group on the sale, led by Assaf Oz, Eli Wieder, Omri Davidov, Lilach Shacham Kaneti and Ran Chaplin.
