Element buys Israel’s Autofleet in USD110m deal

Canadian automotive fleet manager Element Fleet Management has acquired Israeli startup Autofleet for USD 110 million. Element, the largest publicly traded fleet manager in the world, is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation exceeding USD 7 billion.

The acquisition represents a significant milestone for Autofleet, which has consistently advanced the efficiency of fleet operations and introduced new on-demand passenger and logistics services.

The legal team supporting Autofleet in this transaction was led by Arnon Tadmor Levy, with significant contributions from partners Joeri Kreisberg, Ben Sandler, and Nataly Margalit, alongside Nimrod Vromen and Shaked Oren.

Bennett Jones and Goldfarb Gross Seligman are acting for Element on the acquisition.
