Encore Properties Ltd. raises NIS130m in bonds

Encore Properties Ltd. has completed the issuance of NIS130 million in Series D bonds backed by real estate assets in the U.S.
Goldfarb Gross Seligman advised Encore Properties, which owns, operates, and develops real estate properties. The transaction was led by partner Hod Mimun and associate Shuki Gottlieb of the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets Department.
