Energean Israel Ltd. signs amended gas supply agreements with Rapac Energy Ltd.

Energean Israel Ltd. has entered into a new set of agreements and amendments to existing agreements with Rapac Energy Limited and its related companies to supply an additional amount of gas for between 6 and 15 years, starting with the Karish gas development project.
Tadmor Levy & Co. represented Rapac Energy, led by Yotam Leshem, a partner in the Project Finance, Energy and Infrastructure practice group.
Energean Israel Ltd. now has gas sales agreements in place to supply approximately 7.4 Bcm/yr of gas on plateau.
