Fattal Hotels, one of Israel’s most prominent hotel chains, has acquired the renowned The Jaffa Hotel in Tel Aviv, including its distinctive penthouse suite. The transaction, valued between USD78 million and USD104 million, involved complex negotiations across various legal domains, such as corporate law (including American corporations), real estate, taxation, competition, and privacy.
