Fintech PE firm Motive Partners commits USD50m to Israel’s’ Splitit Payments Ltd.

Fintech-focused private equity firm, Motive Partners has committed to invest USD50 million in Spitit Payments Ltd., an Israeli company publicly traded on the Australian Securities Exchange.
Herzog advised Splitit Payments, led by co-head of the Corporate and Securities department, Nir Dash, along with the department’s partner Erez Abu, associates Ohad Graub, Nesimyan Adawi, and Dana Qaq, with close support from tax partners Dr. Ehab Farah and Efrat Kesler Kadmon.
