We represented the Government Companies Authority of the State of Israel in connection with the Rule 144A tranche of the initial public offering of the ordinary shares of Oil Refineries Ltd. The offering raised approximately $1.54 billion, making it the largest IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, as well as the largest privatization in the history of the State of Israel.

 Other representative examples in recent years:

 In 2013 we represented B Communications Ltd., Israel’s largest telecommunications provider on an innovative $800 million high yield Rule 144A/ Regulation S note offering – the first international offering of notes listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

In 2016, we acted as U.S. counsel to EZchip Semiconductor Ltd., a leader in high-performance processing solutions for carrier and data center networks, in connection with its merger with Mellanox Technologies Ltd. for approximately $811 million

 In 2020,  we advised a clinical stage Israeli biotechnology company focused on the reformulation of established therapeutics in its $20 million initial public offering on Nasdaq.
