First acquisition for Dan Transportation outside Israel

Gornitzky represents Dan public Transportation Ltd. in its first acquisition of public transportation operations outside of Israel.
Dan is participating in a bid process initiated by the Arriva Group (under the control of Deutsche Bahn AG), which operates public transportation services around Europe.
Afterwards, Dan will acquire the Arriva Group’s public transportation operations in Portugal for consideration worth tens of millions Euros.
