For NIS625 million: Melisron completed its control of Aviv Group

Melisron has bought the remaining 50% of the shares of Aviv Development and Real Estate Management for NIS 625 million, at a company value of NIS 1.25 billion.
In 2022, Melisron acquired 50% of Aviv Development from Aviv Group at a company value of NIS 845 million.
Aviv is involved in real estate development in the residential, commercial and office sectors, as well as in urban renewal.
Gornitzky advised Melisron on the acquisition.
