EBN represented Magma Ventures, Vertex Venture Capital, Samsung Catalyst and Japanse SBI, in the sale of their shares in Argus Cyber Security, Israeli smart car technology startup, to German tire and advanced car components company Continental, in a transaction valued at approximately USD 450 million. The matter was handled by Roy Caner, Viva Gayer, Amichai Perry and Eyal Wiesel.
