Gornitzky & Co. represented ZeroWaste Ltd. in the financial close of approximately USD 250 million BOT Project for the construction, operation and maintenance of a waste treatment facility in the Shafdan, a project our firm has been overseeing for six years.

The project is the first of its kind in Israel and 400 thousand tons of annual waste are expected to pass through it.

The company was represented by partner Ronit Rosenstein-Barel along with associates Maya Dvir, Avigail Labaton, Gali Havkin and Yelena Korshin.
