Great Hill Partners invest in Clearwave Parent, Inc.

Clearwave, one of the fastest-growing SaaS platforms in digital patient engagement, announced a strategic growth investment from Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm that invests in high-growth, disruptive companies.

William Blair & Company served as financial advisor to Clearwave and Goodwin Procter served as legal advisor to Great Hill. Great Hill was also advised by Meitar with respect to Israeli corporate, employment and antitrust matters.
