Gross (GKH) represented Israel’s early-stage venture capital firm, Glilot Capital Partners in launching its fourth fund, the first growth fund.

Dr. Ayal Shenhav, Partner and Head of the firm’s Hi-Tech and VC practice, Oded Berajano and Guy Steiner, represented the fund in the successful deal.

Glilot+ will operate in parallel to Glilot’s seed fund, which has made investments in six new companies over the past ten months. Glilot+ has completed several investments already and is Glilot Capital’s fifth fund to-date, bringing total assets under management to USD 500 million.

The new fund is earmarked for post-Series A enterprise software and cybersecurity companies and will lead or participate in advanced rounds, making investments of between USD 5-20 million in around 15 companies.
