Partner Jonathan Feuchtwanger, and attorneys Roi Turgheman and Shachar Hananel, from Naschitz, Brandes Amir & Co., advised HAP on the preparation of the prospectus and supported the Real Estate group in the capital raising. HAP Investments raised approximately NIS 25 million, within three minutes, for land in New Jersey, on which the developer will build a USD 437 million, 42-story mixed-use tower.
