Harel Investments acquires further 5% of Tidhar Group for NIS200m
Shibolet represented Harel, which will increase its holding in the real estate group to 15%.
The transaction, valued at approximately NIS235 million, gives the Tidhar Group a post-money valuation at around NIS4.2 billion.
Shibolet advised Harel on the deal, with Ofer Zuzovsky, Adi Zaltzman, and Shir Wainstein leading the transaction.
