On 30th May 2017, Halman-Aldubi’s first partnership prospectus was published and is expected to invest in the acquisitions of social loans (P2P loans) by way of internet platforms. This is an innovative issuing, both in terms of the structure of the fund, area of activity and exposure to US platforms afforded to Israeli investors.
