hiSky S.C.S Ltd raises USD 30 million from global investors

hiSky S.C.S Ltd., a leading developer and provider of satellite networks and solutions for IoT, has closed a Series A USD 30 million round.

The financing round was led by ST Engineering Ventures Pte Ltd., the Corporate Venture Capital unit of ST Engineering, a global technology, defence and engineering group headquartered in Singapore.

The financing also included the participation of SDF (Strategic Development Fund) – the investment arm of Tawazun Holding of the UAE, and hiSky’s existing shareholders including David and Simon Reuben.
