HIVE2040 R&D Ltd. Partnership has completed an IPO and invested in three target companies. The IPO of its partnership units, together with a new series of warrants, raised NIS 32 million.
As part of the offering, the partnership completed an investment in three target companies – IXDen Ltd., viisights Solutions Ltd., and NanoLock Security Inc. – for a total of approximately USD 9 million.
The IPO was accompanied by the firm’s Capital Markets Department, led by partners Moty Yamin and Hagar Guri, together with associate Ofir Saada.
The investment in the target companies was accompanied by the Hi-Tech department, led by partner Roy Caner together with associates Daniel Kelman and Bar Fenster.
