HUB Cyber Security snaps up BlackSwan Technologies
HUB Cyber Security Ltd. (Nasdaq: HUBC), an Israeli company founded in 2017 by veterans of the elite intelligence units of the IDF, has announced its acquisition of BlackSwan Technologies, Inc. in a stock-for-stock merger.
HUB specialises in advanced cybersecurity solutions, including encrypted computing and data theft prevention technologies, designed to protect sensitive government and commercial information.
BlackSwan, a leader in AI-driven data management and compliance solutions, strengthens HUB’s ability to deliver innovative products for financial institutions and organisations facing complex regulations and evolving cyber threats.
