IBI Investment House Ltd. has joined forces with Africa-Israel Hotels to form a large-scale, first-of-its-kind hospitality fund in Israel with a total asset value of approximately NIS 1.2 billion.
This deal is widely considered groundbreaking in the hospitality and private equity fund sectors in Israel.
