IEC raises $500 million through bond offering

State-owned Israel Electric Corporation has raised $500 million through dollar-denominated bonds sold to institutional investors in the United States and Europe.
Herzog Fox & Neeman represented IEC, with a team led by Ron Ben-Menachem, Nir Dash, Yehuda Aharoni (Hommfor), Eldad Chamam, Dr. Ehab Farah, Mohammad Mawasi, Michal Gladstone, Nahum Mittelman, and Matan Amoyal.
Cleary Gottlieb acted as U.S. legal counsel for the US part of the transaction.
