Inrom to take control of Alumlight Production for almost NIS 200m

Inrom has agreed to buy the controlling stake of Alumlight Production through its subsidiary, Ytong Ltd. for approximately NIS 192.5 million.

The acquisition marks  another significant step in the implementation of the Inrom Group’s strategic plan to deepen and expand its activities in the construction markets.

Alumlight is one of Israel’s leading concrete form engineering companies.

Following the completion of the transaction, Ytong will hold 55% of Alumlight’s shares.
