Intel buys Screenovate or USD 150 million; also plans to take Mobileye public next year, at USD 50 billion valuation
Intel has acquired Israeli start-up, Screenovate, which has developed screen duplication solutions technology for USD 150 million.
Founded in 2010, Screenovate has developed a technology that enables smartphone screens to be projected onto TVs and computers, and can also be used to scan, print, and copy files.
The Yigal Arnon team was led by Barak Platt and Josh Hauser with the assistance of Ben Sandler, Daniel Green, Eran Lempert, Tali Salzman, Neta Goshen Brami, Tali Har-Oz, Chaim Cohen, Nir Kamhi, Ido Sella, Leah Grumet, Shirley Zvilichovsky and Aviva Loboda.

Furthermore, four years after Intel Corporation acquired Israel’s Mobileye for over USD 15 billion, the semiconductor giant this week announced its intention to make its Jerusalem-based subsidiary, a world leader in self-driving technologies, a public company in 2022 at a valuation of approximately USD 50 billion.
