ironSource buys Luna Labs and Stratasys Ltd. buys RP Support Limited
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) has advised Israeli company ironSource on its acquisition of Luna Labs, a creative management platform for mobile ads.
Ironsource is an Israeli company providing a leading business platform for the app economy and the acquisition marks another step for ironSource in creating a comprehensive business platform for app and game developers.
The transaction was led by M&A and Corporate Partners Jonathan Morris and Marie Johnson, the multidisciplinary BCLP team, working in close collaboration with the leading Israeli law firm Meitar, who advised ironSource on various aspects.
“We are delighted to have successfully advised ironSource on this significant deal that will add high-quality ad creation management into the ironSource platform. The collaboration of a multidisciplinary BCLP team with Meitar enabled us to provide comprehensive and sound legal guidance,” said Morris.
In a separate acquisition completed in February, BCLP acted for Stratasys Ltd.
