Israel based Guesty acquires U.S based competitor MyVR

As the travel industry shows signs of recovery, Israel based Guesty, a property management platform for short-term and vacation rentals, has bought a U.S. based competitor Jomu Mist (MyVR), an all-in-one vacation rental management software and channel management.

This is Guesty’s third transaction in recent month, which also included a USD 50 million round D investment.

The transaction was led by EBN tech Partners Roy Caner, Viva Gayer, Jonathan Achiron and associates Shmaryahu Green and Shaked Zeierman.
