Varonis Systems, an Israeli-American cybersecurity company dual-headquartered in New York and Herzliya, acquired SlashNext, a California startup specializing in AI-native email security solutions.
The USD 150 million transaction strengthens Varonis’ protection capabilities against phishing and AI-driven attacks, expanding its product suite for enterprise clients worldwide.
The deal also positions Varonis to accelerate its growth in the competitive AI-powered cybersecurity market.
