Israeli Defense AI Company Axon Vision Launches TASE IPO

Axon Vision, an Israeli artificial intelligence company specializing in recognition and tracking systems for the defense industry, completed its initial public offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange at a pre-money valuation of about NIS 130 million (approx. USD 35 million).
The company raised NIS 40 million (approx. USD 11 million), with investor demand exceeding supply by more than five times, underscoring strong market confidence in defense-related AI innovation.
Gornitzky & Co. advised Axon Vision on the IPO. The team included Yair Shiloni, Ofri Rosenberg Farkash, Hodaya Ben Shay Fish, Adi Peled, and Dr. Assaf Prussak, who guided the company through the listing process and oversubscription.
