Israeli digital health company lists on Nasdaq

Israeli digital health company Pulsenmore Ltd., which develops FDA-authorised home-use prenatal ultrasound and telehealth solutions, commenced trading of its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Greenberg Traurig Tel Aviv, working closely with the Miami office, advised Pulsenmore on the US securities and capital markets aspects of the direct listing.
The transaction was led by Tel Aviv shareholder Gary Emmanuel, with local support from shareholder David Huberman, associates Michael Soumas, Ben Strauss, and Miami associate Charlotte Osborne.
Led by partner Amir Shachar and associate Sara Naor, Shibolet advised Pulsenmore on all Israeli aspects of its SEC filing and registration process.
