Israeli Econergy Completes NIS 276M Restructuring

Econergy Renewable Energy Ltd. has completed a significant NIS 276 million capital and debt restructuring designed to optimise its financial position. The process included two exchange offers replacing its Series A convertible bonds with a new exchange unit combining company shares and Series B straight bonds.

The restructuring strengthens the company’s balance sheet and enhances flexibility for future operations in Israel’s competitive renewable energy sector.
