Israeli fintech company Nayax makes debut on Nasdaq

Israeli fintech Nayax has made its U.S. market debut this week after listing its shares on Nasdaq.

Established in 2005, Nayax started as cashless payment, IoT service and management solution provider for unattended retail.

Herzog fox & Neeman represented Nayax in the listing, with partners
Nir Dash and Ron Ben Menachem invited to the opening bell ceremony at Nasdaq.
Nayax shares will then trade under the ticker NYAX on the Nasdaq Global Select Market as well as the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).
