Israeli FinTech Company Utila Secures USD 22M Series A Extension

Utila, an Israeli fintech company that provides institutional-grade blockchain wallet infrastructure for banks, funds, and payment providers, has closed a USD 22 million Series A extension.

The round, led by Red Dot Capital Partners with participation from DCG, Nyca Partners, Wing Venture Capital, Cerca Partners, SilverCircle, and FunFair, brings Utila’s total Series A to USD 40 million.

The funding supports the company’s rapid expansion, with more than USD 160 billion in secured transactions already processed.

Herzog advised Utila on the deal, with a team including Yair Geva, Miri Wang, Tzipi Zipper, Uri Barak, Dima Zalyalyeyev, and Joseph Berger.

Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano represented Red Dot Capital Partners, led by its Corporate department with support from the Labor and Privacy teams, and included Roy Caner, Yael Benyayer, Oded Natan, Bar Fenster, Ori Zahav, and Helit Simchoni.
