Israeli fintech eToro Launches Nasdaq IPO

Israeli fintech company eToro, known for its social trading and multi-asset investment platform, has filed for an initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker “ETOR.”

The company aims to raise up to USD 500 million at a projected valuation of USD 4 billion. eToro, headquartered in Tel Aviv, serves over 35 million users globally across equities, crypto, and commodities.

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is advising eToro on the IPO, with Latham & Watkins LLP representing the underwriters, which include Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, UBS, and Citigroup.

The offering marks a significant milestone for eToro after its previously canceled SPAC merger.
